Mr. Lalith Ratnayake is a Fellow of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka and Past President (2019–2021) with over 30 years of experience across Sri Lanka, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Maldives. He founded VFORM in 2006 following senior roles in internationally reputed firms.
